Fasone Holder gained recognition for her skills in leadership, which included co-founding Dow’s Women Innovation Network, a network focused on maximizing the professional contributions women make. In 1999 she was awarded Dow’s highest recognition for leadership – the GENESIS Award for People Excellence. She was named a “Women Worth Watching in 2007” in the Profiles in Diversity Journal and honored as a “Woman of Achievement” by the National Association for Female Executives.

Fasone Holder is a member of the company’s Management Committee, serves on the Sustainability and People operational teams, and has executive oversight for Dow’s activities in the United States. She also sits on the Dow Foundation Board and serves as a Consulting Director for Wolverine Bank.
